End User License Agreement

This copy of LimeLedger ("the Software Product") and accompanying documentation is licensed and not sold. Lexpro Systems (Pty) Ltd owns the intellectual property rights in the Software Product. The Licensee's ("you" or "your") licence to download, use and copy the Software Product is subject to these rights and to all terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").

Acceptance

YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY SELECTING THE "I ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND EULA" OPTION AND DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR BY INSTALLING, USING OP COPYING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT YOU MUST NOT INSTALL, USE OR COPY THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

License grant

This Agreement entitles you to install and use the Software Product. You may install the Software Product on as many devices as you wish.

Restrictions of use

You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software Product.

Restrictions of alteration

You may not modify the Software Product or create any derivative work of the Software Product or its accompanying documentation. Derivative works include but are not limited to translations. You may not alter any files or libraries in any portion of the Software Product.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Lexpro Systems (Pty) Ltd makes no warranty that the Software Product will meet your requirements or operate under your specific conditions of use. Lexpro Systems (Pty) Ltd makes no warranty that operation of the Software Product will be error free, or free from interruption. You must determine whether the Software Product sufficiently meets your requirements.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, should there be a failure of or error, omission, defect, deficiency, delay causing downtime, or inability of a user to access the Software Product for any length of time, including as a result of the permanent termination of service, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees that, except as otherwise set out herein, its only remedy for any error, omission, defect, deficiency, delay or other failure of the Software Product whatsoever is to discontinue using the Software Product.

Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
